Follow-Up and Responsiveness: Vendors must promptly follow up on any referrals received from SWIG members. Timely responses to inquiries and communication are essential for building trust and credibility.
Comply with Vendor Dues: Vendors must pay the required dues promptly to support the group's activities, such as the annual Summer Picnic and Christmas Party.
Adherence to Advertising Guidelines: Vendors may have the opportunity to advertise their services at meetups, but they must strictly adhere to the guidelines set by SWIG. Misleading or inappropriate advertising is not allowed.
Addressing Complaints: In the event of two or more complaints filed against a vendor by SWIG members, the leadership will review the situation and take appropriate action, which may include revoking the vendor's advertising privileges and future participation.
